I’ve been a massage therapist since 2010 starting out in Orlando, Florida.

As a previous professional dancer I know what its like to need to take care of the body as well as how to do it. Since moving to GA most of my clients have been stunt performers in the film industry.

I currently specialize in CranioSacral Therapy, listening to the body for what it needs. Unlike a massage, CranioSacral uses delicate manual techniques to locate areas of weak spinal fluid flow or tissue motion. Those problem areas are then released to improve the form and function of your central nervous system. This process is so gentle it is relaxing for all ages, from newborns to adults.

Amber Trammell – Licensed Massage Therapist

I aim to treat the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.

Amber is a licensed massage therapist and certified Pilates and yoga instructor who aims to treat the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. She specializes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofacial Therapies, Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, and Cupping.

Her integrated technique offer personalized plans to get clients reconnected with their best selves through relieving stress, reducing tension, alleviating pain, and bringing balance to the body. Within her practice, she works to create a safe space for clients to regulate their nervous system while getting in touch with their bodies.
