Amber is a licensed massage therapist and certified Pilates and yoga instructor who aims to treat the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. She specializes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofacial Therapies, Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, and Cupping.

Her integrated technique offer personalized plans to get clients reconnected with their best selves through relieving stress, reducing tension, alleviating pain, and bringing balance to the body. Within her practice, she works to create a safe space for clients to regulate their nervous system while getting in touch with their bodies.

Lauren Bidwell – Muscle Therapist

Hello! My name is Lauren Bidwell, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 3 years now with a focus on therapeutic techniques. I work using a variety of modalities and techniques including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Stretching, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Swedish, TMJ Disfunction, and more.

I enjoy learning about my clients. The more I get to know you, the better I will be able to take care of you! I am client focused and truly just want what’s best for you. We are a team tackling those stubborn aches and pains.
